How do you ensure the products stay frozen during delivery?
We use specialized temperature-controlled vehicles equipped with industrial freezers to ensure all ice cream and frozen goods remain at a constant -18°C or colder until they reach your doorstep.
What are your delivery areas and schedules?
We cover most residential areas across Norway. You can enter your postal code on our website to see the specific days and times the ice cream truck will be visiting your neighborhood.
Can I return food items if I change my mind?
Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of frozen goods, we cannot accept returns once the products have been delivered. However, if there is a quality issue, please contact our support team immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Vipps, and contactless mobile payments directly at the truck or through our online pre-order system.
Do you offer products for people with allergies?
Yes, we have a curated selection of gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan options. Please check the 'Allergens' filter on our product page or ask our driver for a detailed ingredient list.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
For pre-orders, we recommend being home to transfer the items to your freezer immediately. If you are not home, we can only leave the order if you have provided a safe, shaded spot, but we cannot guarantee the temperature after drop-off.
